ABBREVIATED AUCTION RULES:

  1. All items are sold AS-IS. No guarantee is given or implied.
  2. A 26% buyer's premium (DISCOUNTED TO 22% IF PAID BY CASH) will be charged on all purchases.
  3. Buyers must pay all sales tax (where applicable) in addition to the price of their purchase and Buyer’s Premium
  4. Auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid or, at his discretion, put any disputed lot up again for auction.
  5. Buyers are responsible for their purchase after the auctioneer accepts the bid.
  6. Items paid by check will be held at the auction house until the check has cleared.
  7. DGW Auctioneers assumes no responsibility for failure to execute these bids for any reason.
  8. All phone bids will open with a $60.00 bid, charged to phone bidder, barring lots with greater estimates.
