19th C. Indo-Persian Talwar Sword. Curved, watered steel blade and ribbed back. The blade is engraved with pictorial representations of deity reincarnations and Hindi script. Engraved handle with gilt inlay. Overall sword length is 36 inches. The blade length is 32 inches.
